High Gloss Finish
Facemounting a print to gallery grade clear acrylic creates a stunning high gloss finish. Whether your image is full of saturated colours or an elegant black & white, facemounting creats an unparalleled sense of depth and richness not found in other treatements.
Media Choices
Both chromogenic and inkjet prints can be used in creating a facemount.
UV Protection
Facemounting to framing grade, optically clear acrylic provides the added UV protection to keep your art looking its best for years.
Custom Sizes
Facemounted prints can be done in any custom size from 11" x 14" to a massive 60" x 120". Choosing a Dibond backing is strongly recommended at larger sizes to prevent warping.
ACP (DIBOND) BACKING
Our premium Dibond backing is an archival aluminum composite which gives tremendous strengh and rigidity to a facemounted artwork.
PVC (SINTRA) BACKING
Our PVC backing (Sintra) is acid free and suitable for archival applications and provides a lighter weight product compared to ACP. Available in either black or white to suit your aesthetic choices.
METAL SUBFRAME
Our metal back frame makes your facemount to acrylic print easy to hang. The hidden hanging frame provides an elegant look, giving the impression your artwork is floating on the wall.
STAND-OFFS
An alternative to the metal subframe, stand-offs can be used where the hanging hardware becomes part of the visual style of the finished work. Stand-offs are available in silver, gold or matte black to match your style.
