Turnaround Time & Shipping
We are experts at shipping artwork so rest assured that your order will be professionally wrapped and packed for safe shipping.
If you need your order faster then our average turnaround time then please email or call our Customer Service team at +1 416.703.1999 or Toll Free at 1.888.867.2252 to discuss your needs. We are usually able to accommodate special requests however expedited orders do incur an additional charge, which will be quoted by one of our representatives.
Our average turnaround time for printed products is between 5-7 business days and 7-10 business days for facemount to acrylic and framed prints however, depending on order volume our turnaround time might be a little quicker or longer. If you require your order by a specific date please contact us to confirm. From mid-November to Mid-January the production times may also increase due to the holiday season. Please note shipping time is extra.

Local Pickup
Prefer to pick up your order? Simply select Local Pickup at checkout. We’ll notify you when your order is ready for collection.
Oversized Orders
Pieces over 48" in any direction may require custom crating or special handling. If this applies to your order, we’ll contact you before production begins to confirm shipping options and any additional costs.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within Canada and the continental United States.
For Alaska, Hawaii, Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, or international destinations, additional shipping charges will apply. We’ll provide a custom quote before your order enters production.
Delivery Times
Once your order is complete, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow its journey. Delivery times vary depending on your location and carrier conditions, but most orders arrive within 5 business days after shipping.
Products
Yes, the hanging hardware included for canvases is a high-grade braided wire fastened to D-rings, ready to hang. The face mount to acrylic comes with a back frame installed for easy hanging. Simply counter sink 1-3 screws with a large head into you wall making sure they are level. The screw head should sit about ½” out of the wall, and the back frame will then rest on the screw(s). The back frame is intended to hang flush to the wall. If you have older walls or special finishes please take this into consideration before installation. If you have any questions regarding the hanging hardware provided, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service department.
Yes. Our canvases are digital prints produced on inkjet and UV printers. We use only archival quality inks and artist grade canvases.
We use a propriety blend of canvas that is stretched over 1.5” or 0.75” kiln dried wooden stretcher bars. All canvases come with hanging hardware and strainer supports on any canvas over 30" wide.
Yes, we offer a float frame option for our canvases. The float frame comes in five different finishes: Black, Espresso, Black with Gold, Black with Silver and white.
The size of your print is limited only by the size of your file. Our largest canvas size is 58”x100” for a single panel canvas. The limitation on face mount to acrylic is 48”x120” and paper print is 58” x120”. Please contact us if you are interested in custom size printing.
Yes, just make sure the canvas is not in direct contact with water.
Digital File Preparation
We do offer retouching options for our photo to art products. If you are in need of retouching on your image, we offer 1:1 image consultations if you are able to make it in to our facility. Or the image can be emailed in with instructions and we can provide you with a quote for the job. Image consultations and Photoshop work is billed at $80/ hour, with a half hour minimum.
Our site can accept .jpeg, .tiff, .psd, .pdf in sizes up to 100mb. If you have files that exceed these limitations, please contact customer support to organize getting the file to us.
